Ingredients: serves 3
Yogurt 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Mango 1 (peeled and cut)
Honey 1 Tbsp
Sugar 3 Tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 Tsp
Ice cubes 4 – 5
Dry fruits chopped
In a blender, add mango, milk, yogurt, vanilla essence, sugar, honey, cardamom powder and ice cubes and blend till the ingredients turn into a thick smooth liquid.
Your lassi is ready.
Serve it in a glass and garnish it with dry fruits and sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder at the top.
