Ingredients: Serves 3
RoohAfza syrup 4 Tbsp
Sabza seeds (sweet basil seeds / falooda seeds / tukmaria seeds) – 2 Tbsp soaked in water for around 2 hours.
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Chilled water 3 glass
Method:
In a pitcher, add water, RoohAfza syrup, sugar and lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar is well blended. Drink is ready
For serving:
In the serving glasses, evenly distribute the soaked sabza seeds then pour the drink chilled.
Enjoy the refreshing, easy-peasy-to-make drink and stay hydrated.
Tips:
RoohAfza is equally delicious when prepared with milk. Only drop the lemon juice and instead add chopped almonds.
